Specimens for COVID-19 testing cannot be collected at our Lab Patient Service Centers. Patients should not present to our Lab Patient Service Centers for COVID-19 testing, but rather contact BayCare Anywhere for a virtual visit or call their healthcare provider.
Since people 65 years of age or older and individuals that have underlying medical conditions are at greater risk for COVID-19, we ask for your cooperation to reserve the first hour of each day at our Patient Service Centers for them. If you are younger than 65 and do not have a condition that puts you at risk, please do not come during the first hour of operation.
To ensure the health of our patients and team members, we are screening patients before they enter our facilities. We ask that you practice social distancing while at our Patient Service Centers whenever possible. In addition, be aware we have enhanced our cleaning procedures. Surfaces in our Patient Service Centers are disinfected frequently throughout each day using CDC-recommended disinfectants.
