The following salary and benefits package applies to residents participating in BayCare sponsored Graduate Medical Education Programs. Please note that university-sponsored programs may have a different salary and benefits package than what is listed below.

Medical

Disability

BayCare Provided STD: 50% of covered base salary available 14 days after disability begins
STD Buy-up Options: 66.67% of covered base salary after 7 days
BayCare Provided LTD Benefit: 40% of covered base salary after 180 days of disability
LTD Buy-up Option: 60% of covered base salary after 180 days of disability

BayCare Provided Life: One times base salary
Supplemental Life: TM may purchase 1-4x covered earnings up to $1M

Family members can utilize BayCare's EAP which includes 6 visits per year per family member

$1,400 stipend
