Experience compassionate care in a welcoming setting at the Infusion Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital-South. Our highly skilled nurses provide expert care in a friendly atmosphere during your treatment. Importantly, we partner with a specialized IV team highly adept at accessing veins, even in challenging cases, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all patients. We offer two private rooms for those who need more privacy or have compromised immunity alongside an inviting open room. Each bay is equipped with a personal TV, heated reclining massage chairs, and complimentary Wi-Fi to help you feel at home throughout your visit.
Arrival and Registration
ArrivalUpon arriving at the Infusion Center, please check in with the admitting department on the first floor to confirm your details before proceeding to your appointment. The admitting team will direct you to the Infusion Center on the second floor after check-in. At check-in, the following information is required:
- Insurance authorization and insurance card(s)
- Photo identification
We know that your time is valuable, and we strive to make your visit as efficient as possible. Arrive early enough to park and register/check in before your appointment time. Patients may park in the main parking lot or valet parking is also available.
Patient ComfortSnacks and drinks are available for patients, along with access to a premium espresso coffee machine. One family member or caregiver over the age of 18 is welcome to accompany the patient throughout their treatment. Our cafeteria and coffee shop are available for family members or caregivers.

This center is billed as a hospital department. Higher copays and deductibles may apply. Patients should check their individual health insurance policy to determine whether there’s a difference in patient financial responsibility for infusion services provided at this location.Services Offered
- Chemotherapy and biotherapy medications, including premedications (e.g., anti-nausea, anti-inflammatory, diphenhydramine, antiemetics)
- IV therapy (IV immunoglobulin administration, iron infusions, magnesium infusions, hydration therapy)
- Blood and blood product transfusion
- Therapeutic phlebotomy
- Long-term antibiotics and once-daily antibiotics
