E-mail A Patient is a message service provided to patients of Winter Haven Hospital and Winter Haven Women's Hospital. This free online service allows you to connect to your loved ones in the hospital and send a note of encouragement. Winter Haven Hospital's volunteers services checks and routes e-mail messages Monday through Friday and messages are delivered to the patient with the regular mail each week day. Each message is transmitted securely and treated confidentially. To ensure your message is delivered as rapidly as possible, please be sure of your hospital selection. If you are unsure, please select Winter Haven Hospital. In the event we are unable to locate the patient identified for message delivery, the communication will be destroyed.
