BayCare Medical Group FSU/WHH Family Medicine Residency

The Family Health Center is operated by BayCare Medical Group for the Florida State University College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency at BayCare Health System (Winter Haven). The clinic accepts a wide variety of insurance plans including Medicaid HMO. The physicians also serve as faculty for the residency program, in partnership between Florida State University College of Medicine, Winter Haven Hospital and BayCare Medical Group.

The office accepts new patient appointments for primary care visits, including newborn, pediatric and adult patients. In addition to wellness visits, other services offered are below.
