Appointments
This location doesn’t accept walk-ins. To make an appointment, talk to your primary therapist or case manager.
Arriving for Your Appointment
To allow time for check in, arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Bring a copy of your photo ID and your insurance card, if available. Patient parking is located in designated spaces near the patient entrance. The patient entrance is marked with address number 5425. At the entrance, ring the doorbell and a team member will welcome you inside.
Please note: To ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone, weapons and recording devices, including phones with photo and video capabilities, are strictly prohibited on the BayCare Behavioral Health Hernando Campus. Service animals only are allowed; pets are not permitted.
