Understanding Birth

This interactive online course covers information about labor and highlights how partners can help. You'll watch birth stories, create a birth plan and more.

Virtual class chapters include: Pregnancy, Labor, Birth Stories, Comfort Techniques, Medical Procedures, Cesarean Birth, Newborns and Postpartum.


Enrollment Criteria

Only one registration per family is needed. You can access the virtual class from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Be sure to use the access redemption code provided in your email confirmation for participation. Unlimited access will be available to the class up to nine months after your initial login. Please allow four to six hours to complete.
