Get Into Fitness Today (GIFT) Spanish

The free GIFT program can help you learn more about nutrition and how to increase your daily physical activity.

This class is taught in Spanish. Qualifications to register for class: Must work or live in Pinellas,Pasco, Polk or Hilsborough County, have a BMI of 25 or higher, and/or be hypertensive and must be 18 years or older. Class meets once a week, for 12 weeks, February 25, 2020 - May 19, 2020. Register each person individually.
