Dr Nguyen made a statement about my heart rate after he reviewed the EKG. When I asked him to explain what he said in more detail he just repeated the statement. When I followed that up with maybe I should be taking less medication he really did not address my question. Ordinarily he is much better about explaining things. I was very disappointed.

Dr Nguyen Reviewed my records carefully and listened to what I had to say. He then made recommendations for testing based on EKG and family history that would give him a clear picture of what might be going on with my heart. He treated my Mother for 10-12 years successfully until her death at 90 years old.

Dr Nguyen was friendly, professional, thorough and caring

Waited 11/2 hours in total. No excuse from doctor. He appeared disinterested and non caring. Zero personality! He became like that over the last visits. My primary care doctor laughed and said that he heard that from several patients! This was my last visit with Dr. Nguyen!

Will change provider to get better appts on timely basis after hospital experience. Dr knowledgeable but almost impossible to appointments when needed.

He told me to change life style eating not how or give website or any print outs. This big change needs more than that.

See above About recommending ibuprofen, and also not listening to my heart, and suggesting a test to be done. I think That one test would be very uncomfortable for me right now.

Dr Nguyen could show a bit more compassion during the visit. I know I need to lose weight but he could at least say one positive thing during the visit and be a little nicer although I tried to move through the experience in a more upbeat manner.

9 am appointment but did not actually see him until 1045. Thats just unexcepable. I could hear him outside of my door making a dentist appointment for his mother which took 15 minutes. If I really did not need to see him I would have left.

My care provider Did not take that much time with me to listen to questions or give me answers only in a rushed way. I know its probably because the insurance only allows you 10 or 15 minutes with the doctor. But that is terrible. Ive already walked out of there with questions with no answers and one time without proper papers to get a procedure done. Again, because your rushed
