This is the first time Ive had to pleasure of meeting Trudy. She introduced herself and apologized for running behind. She gave me my options and said I can do this, but if you do not get relief, you should see this other doctor and handed me a referral. I have been a patient of her office for over two decades and closing in on three w/this particular office, even through all of the physical office moves.

When I had a reaction to two medications was told to take more medication without reaction subsiding so do not do not know which medication cause reaction.

Trudy is the most thorough and caring provider.

Ive had three visits with Trudy since she started and I am more impressed every time I see her! She is tremendously thorough, deeply interested in my medical condition/concerns, very easy to talk to, responds immediately should I need any paperwork or need answers to questions beyond beyond the scope of our appointment and she instills a level of confident trust that I find very rare in the medical community. I am MORE that pleased with the experiences Ive had with Trudy.

Trudy was very helpful during my visit. Afterwards, I had follow up questions. I called and left a message and also sent a message through the portal. Trudy and I had a conversation via the patient portal messaging with, who I think was, the nurse acting as the middle person. I never fully understood the why behind many of Trudys messages. This did result and me going and getting care somewhere else with a provider who fully explain the rationale behind what Trudy was telling me to do. It felt more like the answers she was providing was checking boxes rather than checking for my understanding and asking if I understood. Basically I felt like I was getting out of the box care that was not customized to my particular patient needs. This is particularly impactful because we are talking about discs in my spine. That is scary to a patient. This isnt a stubborn cold. You cant just through around words like degenerative disc disease and not check for patient understanding. Thats scary and lacks empathy.

Trudy did well on the 26th. However Trudy did not seem to grasp the issue I was having during our tele-med call on the 27th. I never understood how Trudy what her diagnosis was regarding the Issue I was having or how it was a dire medical emergency or why she insisted that I drive all the way from Largo to the ER at Tampa Regional Hospital ER. Especially since much of the area was under a hurricane warning and traffic was a bear during that time. I ended up going to another local Hospital ER and all I had was an eye infection in my right eye. Cost me $600.00 especially since this was not the emergency it was made out to be during our tele-med call.

Excellent Experiences

The provider I saw at this visit dismissed several of my concerns. My complaints re: issues of low blood pressures, lethargy, and weakness when I have a history of kidney disease and also had weight loss surgery several months ago were met with a response of well, you will just have to pay out of pocket, after explaining that I was past the 3 month follow up and that he wasnt covered on my new Marketplace insurance (which I had also just explained that I had to borrow money to purchase). She also declined to order any labs even when I questioned it due to my symptoms, the possibility of dehydration, and the presence of a UTI I just felt that my concerns were dismissed and that I wasnt being heard. It was a disappointing experience especially when I felt so awful.

I was impressed with the care I was giving. My eye was pink and she examined it. She also checked my breathing and whether I was having other issues.

I cant say enough about the care Trudy provided! She was very thorough with the exam, and explained my diagnosis and treatment to me.

Trudy Grossman was excellent! I really enjoyed her and she took her time with me and she referred me to a specialist! I wouldnt mind having her as my primary ! She also took care of my husband and he feels the same.

Happy with the service providers so far I just not used to offices that are closed on weekends and referrals that send you to urgent care versus seeing my normal primary care I missed the year history of the patient dealing with primary care because you dont always see them every time theres something that Im not used to

I came in because of possible sciatica causing me to be unable to sleep. The NP prescribed prednisone and stated it would reduce inflammation. The prednisone caused unbelievable restlessness adding to my sleep issue and did not help with pain. I then had a visit with my primary Dr. Steinberg and he recommended I discontinue the prednisone. He prescribed an opioid which did not help me sleep. When I spoke to his assistant the next recommendation was to pain management doctor. I asked if there was something else and was told by her I needed to go to pain management. I filled out 22 pages for the referral and now have to deliver the forms to the pain management practice before they will schedule an appointment.
