    • Dr. Tiffany Chomko is board-certified in internal medicine and is a hospitalist with Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. She provides only inpatient care within a hospital setting and is not available for appointments. She will be responsible for you and your loved one’s care while in our hospital and will partner with your primary care physician on any necessary follow-up care to assist with your continued care, once you return to your home. Dr. Chomko completed a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Cupecoy, St. Maarten. Dr. Chomko continued her medical education by completing an internal medicine residency at JFK Medical Center/University of Miami-Palm Beach regional campus in Atlantis, Florida. Passionate about patient safety and quality improvement, Dr. Chomko completed an additional year of training as chief resident in quality and safety at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center affiliated with University of Miami Palm Beach regional campus. She is a member of American College of Physicians.
