Our care provider is excellent , however due to the number of patients he is required to see, it is difficult to see him and we are required to see a nurse practicinier which is not what we signed up for.

Both I and my husband are very excited to be back with Dr Thomas Esposito. Unfortunately we had to wait about 3 years in order to switch back to him. We were not happy with our provider and had gone to another practice In South Pasadena where we both seen by at least 3 different doctors and didnt feel we were getting the proper care and had no confidence in any of them. We are very happy to say we are finally back to Dr Esposito. We both think he is an excellent doctor who takes his time and thoroughly explains everything. Through his recent examination he found a lump on the side of my husbands neck which Dr Esposito gave him a prescription to get tested on to see what it is. None of the doctors at the other Pasadena office ever examined us saying they dont do that anymore. If they would have they would have felt the lump. Again we are happy to be back as Dr Esposito is an excellent doctor and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

The only complaint I have is not being able to see Dr. Esposito when Im ill. Its just about impossible to get a same day appointment because the Baycare System doesnt allow it from what I can tell. You cant call his office. I have had a good experience with Samantha Coates in his office when I was not able to see the doctor.

Failed to tell the team that blood work was stat and needed the same day. Which would have been Friday afternoon. I had to call 3xs fri. To next Tues when I got the blood work info. Doc made it important to me it be done at quest so he could have results Fri. Afternoon. However I did not get any results until Tuesday after me calling several times.

I have been going to Dr Esposito for over 30 years and have great confidence in him. It is very difficult to reach his office when questions arise. Additionally, since he has been with various different medical groups within these 30 years, he still does not have all my records because he cant seem to get them to transfer over whenever he changes medical groups

I had Covid in Aug. Called Dr Espositos office for Paxlovid. Was told I needed to have a televisit but none available for 4 days! Ended up using Baycare Anywhere. Got Paxlovid Rx immediately, felt better 2 days. Would have still been waiting for Esposito-UNACCEPTABLE! My Husband got Covid also. His doctor called in Paxlovid Rx immediately w/o a televisit or face to face.
