Thomas F. Eiswerth, MD

Dr. Thomas Eiswerth is board certified in internal medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, and is a member of BayCare Medical Group in Lutz, Florida, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio, and completed an internal medicine residency at University Hospitals/Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Eiswerth’s clinical interests include preventive medicine, diabetes and hypertension. He provides chronic disease management and care for a wide range of medical conditions and performs preventive screenings and acute care interventions. Through a holistic approach and with personalized treatment plans, Dr. Eiswerth helps his patients achieve optimal health and well-being.
