Teresa went above in beyond in all regards. Spent lots of time with me discussing my issues and potential path forward. She then personally arranged with other office members to ensure I could get followup testing completed the next day.

Absolutely awesome care provider!

The care provider said she didnt see all of my records, I wondered why. She did give me results from a January, 2026, Holter Monitor that I had never been given before, and I questioned why I hadnt been notified previously. She never said Im sorry that happened, she just said well were here now, and preceeded to order several additional tests. She never explained why I need the additional tests or what the results would change in reference to me getting my clearance. It unfortunatley resulted in a week of me of not knowing if I would be cleared for hip surgery, since its tomorrow, and obviously Im having consideral pain. It was quite a stressful week.
