Doctor Bio
Dr. Ted Farrar is board certified in family medicine and has a sub-specialty in sports medicine. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. He completed his specialty training in sports medicine at the Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Dr. Farrar has been the program director for the sports medicine fellowship at the University of South Florida/Morton Plant Mease Hospital Family Medicine Residency program since 2012. He has been published in Current Sports Medicine Reports and has been a contributing author for the American Medical Society for sports medicine’s specialty exam study guide.
