Syed Hussain, MD

Dr. Syed Hussain specializes in family medicine and is part of BayCare Medical Group in Wesley Chapel, Florida, where he sees patients age 5 and older. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of Antigua in Osbourn, Antigua and Barbuda, and completed a family medicine residency at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Dr. Hussain is committed to providing preventive and holistic health care and has experience in weight management. He works with his patients to create personalized treatment plans for their health care needs, and values effective communication with them and their families. Dr. Hussain is certified in advanced cardiac life support and basic life support. He’s a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Psychiatric Association.
