Dr. Stephanie Smith is board certified in family medicine with specializations in integrative medicine, Ayurveda and behavioral health. She’s with BayCare Medical Group in Largo, Florida, where she sees newborns and older. Dr. Smith received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine at its Suwanee, Georgia campus, and completed training with AcuMed and fellowships in behavioral medicine through the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and in integrative medicine and Ayurveda through Andrew Weil’s partnership with Maharishi International University based in Fairfield, Iowa.
Dr. Smith’s clinical interests include behavioral health, osteopathic manipulative medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle medicine, preventive care, integrative medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, culinary medicine, nutrition and chronic disease management. She’s certified in osteopathic manipulative medicine. Dr. Smith is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.
