Dr. Stephanie Kurtz is dual board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology and is with BayCare Medical Group in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she sees patients newborn to age 18. Before joining BayCare Medical Group, she practiced at Pediatric Cardiology Associates. Dr. Kurtz earned a Doctor of Medicine from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, completed a pediatric residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Michigan/Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Her clinical interests include pediatric echocardiography and noninvasive electrophysiology. Dr. Kurtz has a particular interest in caring for children with single ventricles. She’s a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Kurtz is affiliated with St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital and St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital.
