This was my time with the pa. The visit was not rushed answered all questions gave some advise. This was a pre-op visit

I was and am gravely disappointed with the care I received from provider, Stephanie Dieffenthaller. I feel that she did not understand the extent of my pain, the reason for my visit. I asked for two different medications of which I know would work based on prior experience and she refused. I am not an addict but that is how I felt I was treated. It wasnt until I expressed the pain was severe enough that I considered harming myself did she than look in the computer for medications for me. I was prescribed an Nsaid when I requested opioids as I already have IBD. Further she was going to prescribe me 200mg which I had previously tried of this med in the past to no avail and I had to ask her for a higher dose letting her know the lower dose would do nothing for my pain. I was than given two referrals, not noticing until I got home that there was no doctor or office name nor telephone number to contact. So Im not sure what the purpose of that was, but only further made me realize how poor of a provider she is. Further, I emailed the office a week ago regarding medication side effects as well as left two messages and have not heard from anyone.

It was a great experience and Stefanie was very caring and professional.

Was diagnosed with osteoporosis and the only treatment recommended was a prescription until I asked about alternatives and then was told that I could see a specialist.

Excellent care provider, who listened to my concerns and the problem I was experiencing. Care provider properly diagnosed the problem and also ordered additional tests to confirm the diagnosis, and proper treatment was administered.

The PA I saw was very professional and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and answered all my questions.

Stephanie was very compassionate and helpful with my concerns and spent time with me. She gave referrals for further testing and appointment with a specialist. Unfortunately the earliest appointments for both of those is more than 2 months away.
