Overall, my experience with this office has been excellent. Ms. Asia, Dr. Rais assistant, is always kind, respectful, and very clear in her communication. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.Dr. Rai is one of the best doctors I have ever had, and I say that without hesitation. She is kind, compassionate, respectful, and truly takes the time to listen. She presents different options and suggestions, involves me in my care, and makes every visit a positive experience. She is very easy to work with and genuinely cares about her patients.I have no intention of changing doctors and sincerely hope that Dr. Rai will remain my physician for many years to come. I am very grateful to have found such an exceptional doctor.

Dr Rai is the doctor you hope to find. She listens, acknowledges, includes you and ask your opinion. She doesnt rush and makes sure that questions are answered. She is very knowledgeable. I trust her and feels she cares about me.

My husband and I both see Dr. Rai. We are so happy that we have found Dr. Rai and that she is our Primary Care Provider. She has been knowledgeable,friendly and caring each time we have seen her. She is always able to guide us in our medical concerns and needs. Dr. Rai is what the old fashioned family physician used to be. I feel like she knows us and our needs and is always able to help us with suggestions and solutions. Absolutely the best doctor I have ever had in my (almost) 70 years. I highly recommend Dr. Rai.

Overall great experience. Dr Rai has taken the time to research some long term issues Ive been having and order lab work aligned with those symptoms to help me identify what might the cause. Shes been the perfect provider for my needs so far.

She refused to give me my medications I take daily & they provide me with a great life. I have bad insomnia & my other doctor and I figured out how to get me relief. This doctor said she would not give me the medication I have been taking.

My care provider excelled and provided a comfortable and great service- kudos to to her!

As a new patient Dr.Rai had not yet received my records from the previous primary care doctor. She did have my records from BayCare specialists that I do see and we were able to discuss that information. Dr. Rai suggested I send her an additional report I had through the patient portal. Her communication through the portal was very helpful with the additional information as well as an illness I was experiencing.

The Doctor did talk to me some, I do not feel she was listening though she did prescribe the appropriate testing I asked for. I was surprised to read in my portal a complete assessment that was not done. She listened to my heart and lungs only but had assessments of my neck, eyes, abd all of which she never did. I am a nurse and do know how to assess these areas and this was not done. I will not go back to her because I feel you can not chart something that was not done.

New provider appointment was not happy with the communication and lack of passion and willingness to advocate for me.

Dr Rai was Great. Very thorough . Listened to everything I said with interest and made me feel like she cared about the care I needed.

I rate her a 10. I would trust this physician with all my care as well as my children

Dr. Rai was great. This being my first visit, I couldnt have asked for more. She was very attentive & seemed to really be involved in what I was saying about my needs, wants & concerns. I have been brushed off and ignored in a lot of my previous appointments with other doctors. And I hope I have finally found a doctor who will take me seriously in everything Im saying & whats going on with my body.

Dr. Rai is very patient and shows genuine concerns about my overall health. She collaborated a plan with me and followed up with a personal call to check on my progress. She responds promptly in the portal as well. She is a god sent.
