I was continually referred to as a kid, I was told that there is nothing that she can do for kids. She told me she could try to get me to see a pediatric doctor. I thought she was joking, I am a legal adult. She did not have the proper training to administer cortisone or other shots, which was the entire reason that I had scheduled my checkup sooner. There was no routine checkup either, my eyes ears and nose were not checked, my heart wasnt listened to, my reflexes werent checked. My previous PCP Jennifer Conrad had informed me that I need to be making a paper trail because I am becoming more disabled by my disability, she even told me she could administer shots for me. But when I had mentioned that to the person who saw me during this visit, she told me there is no reason for me to be trying to make a paper trail because disability(medicaid) isnt going to be a thing anymore according to her. I know that theyre cutting funding, but why cant we at least try to make a paper trail I have a disability that isnt recognized because im not disabled enough and it sucks to be told by a doctor that theres no point in me trying to get HELP for my DISABILITY. I wasted money going here, I told her how much pain I was in and she told me I should just go to urgent care. I just wish someone would take me seriously especially when you guys are aware that I have mental issues and struggle with self harm. I genuinely cant believe I was told that there was no point in documenting the problems that I have. I wonder if my notes even say that I use a cane and a back brace and that im in extreme pain everyday !

This was a fill-in provider at Dr. Denkas office. I dont feel this provider listen to my concerns at all. For every concern that I had she related it back to my weight. They kept explaining to this provider that the pain that I was feeling was different than it had felt in the past and something was wrong and all she kept saying was it would get better if I lost weight. She gave me no resolution or help. I was a very, very very dissatisfied And doubt that I would go back to this office again.
