I dont have any complaints about my care provider. This was my first visit establishing care with this group.

Good not my normal provider. Had the appointment for return to work paperwork which took till after 5pm Friday to get so I couldnt return to work Tuesday like I planned on because she didnt do it during appointment also didnt have paperwork from Hospital still that is why I had to wait a week to be seen as well. So miss 2 full weeks of work.

She was kind and knowledgeable! She took time to listen to me and make recommendations for my continued good health

I didnt feel like Sheniqua Stevenson was invested in the slightest while talking to me. She barely looked up to speak to me, didnt really ask what was wrong or ask me questions to get a full idea about what I needed. It felt really dismissive like she didnt actually care, like she was doing the bare minimum. I usually really really hate leaving any type of negative review at all but I came in really needing help and having questions that I didnt get answered in the slightest. She filled medications thatll help get me through till an appointment with my primary doctor next month, but thats it.

She repeatedly referred me to my regular provider whom I would have preferred to see my appointment with Dr. NP was clearly irritated with having to see me, left me considering leaving the practice!!!!!

Care provider was cordial, professional, and communicated clearly how we would proceed with a yearly physical.

My provider was very stoic and not exactly warm and friendly. Warm & friendly is important when receiving medical care.

Sheniqua M. Stevenson, APRN, I do not mind that she brought a computer to the room. I felt as though she wanted to hurry and get the appointment over with. Majority of the appointment she just typed on the computer and didnt make eye contact with me, as the patient. I felt like she skipped over a few tests that would be needed before ordering scans or x-rays. Didnt ask about my medical history. The visit wasnt thorough. Even If I brought up other concerns about why I would have the pain. She didnt address them. She didnt explain differential diagnosis that would cause my symptoms. What to do to relieve the pain. Visit was just her looking at her laptop, typing, did a quick physical and then ok I ordered this imaging, any questions Then Bye. Bed side manners could use some work. You would get better care and thorough exam at an SMH urgent care or with the other providers at this clinic.I understand if the provider wants to go home or not want to deal with a patient but Atleast fake it. I come to this clinic to rule out different diagnosis and maybe try to explain why Im having pain or these symptoms. Whats the point of seeing a provider if I dont get help.

Nurse Practitioner Stevenson was great

The PA was the most caring person we saw in the facility. Without her compassion and knowledge, we would not return to this facility.

My appointment was strictly verbal. A different situation then it normally would have for been for an first appointment.

Provider had poor bedside manners. Attire looked unprofessional. Minimal eye contact when entering room. Typing on computer during exam, which came across as being more concerned with charting than with listening to the patient. Having never seen this provider before she seemed detached and slightly unfriendly.

Not sure why, but this provider was pretty rude, and gave me the impression that I was bothering her, which was a uncomfortable feeling. I was there for a possible sinus infection, and she seemed annoyed by anything I had to say, and kept pushing me to contact my oncologist to address it (I have breast cancer). My oncologist doesnt treat sinus infections, my PCP does.

The PA didnt really say much, just verified the information the nurse provided and informed me of the test results and the medication she would send to the pharmacy.

Doc was great.

Dr Fluegge is simply the best. She is attentive and responsive and when she refers me to a specialist its always so well thought out to my needs. Top notch!

Good but no follow up bad

Not having the relationship with me, she came across more mechanical in style, more focused on efficiency of concluding the visit. Her skill was evident and Id be comfortable seeing her again- just less personable than Dr

I take an as needed medication for anxiety. This provider stated that she will not write for any controlled substances and referred me to a psychiatrist, which I do not need nor care to see. My previous provider had no problem prescribing this for me. I would rather have been to referred to a provider within this practice who could serve my needs.
