No bad experiences with care provider.

She was very professional

From the very beginning, Dr Stevenson has advised me extremely well in terms of my health and the things I need to do to focus on medical Issues thats in a gray area, as well as directing me to continue doing what I was doing in the areas that was mostly positive. I had a few struggles, but Dr Stevenson gave me a LOT of confidence to take care of myself.

The provider and her assistant work well together making me feel heard and cared about. They are awesome.

She great and listens to me intensely

No help. Had to go to walk in clinic within the week saying I had acute bronchitis.

Aprn sheniqua is very thoroughl with her practice and concerns about her patient and lively and funny as well. Talks to me like my big sister would /I call her Dr.

Excellent prescription

This provider seemed like she didnt want to be there, very standoffish attitude. She surely did not give a warm and welcoming attitude towards me. This was a first visit, I understand now how every other provider is booked up and she has so much availability.

She doesnt seem to care what you have to say

Shes just exceptional at what she does.

Dr.Stevenson aways asked questions about my health and aways gives positive advice on improving it.

My provider was very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered every question professionally and she followed-up as promised.

This nurse practitioner should be coached in bed side manner. She is extremely rude. She should be more cheerful and introduce herself.

The ARNP seemed very disinterested in anything I had to say or any concerns that I may have had. I actually go to BayCare despite the fact most of my Healthcare would be be of little or no cost at TGH where my husband works because of the incredible care I get from my regular physician.

I found the provider distant and hurried. Forwarded labs over a week ago with no feedback. Perhaps her workload is too great, perhaps a bad day... I dont know but I just did not feel like this was a true Baycare experience

Very knowledgeable, seems as if shes not happy to be caring for me. Seems like medication is always thrown at me to solve the problem.

Everyone I encountered seemed so much more relaxed than on previous visits. I didnt feel rushed or I was wasting my or their time

Ms. Stevenson was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

Ms. Stevenson is the ONLY person Ive interacted with at BayCare Bloomingdale who was less than very friendly or caring.When I called in a few days later to see if Aetna had authorized the scan yet, I asked if Ms. Stevenson was new (no, shes been here a long time) because of her attitude and the reply I got was well, its a matter of personality. I got the impression that I was not the first to comment on her cool/aloof approach to patients.

My Primary Care ARNP is very easy to converse with and gives me the impression that she truly cares about my well-being.

All good experiences, she is direct and to the point, very good at her job, directs me to the things I need to do and follows up when needed.

I have never had problems with any of the Bay Care staff. They are polite and seem to care.

I feel shes thorough without wasting my time. Shes not overdoing anything but asks all the right questions and takes time with any concerns I have. As another medical professional I appreciate the visits with her.

The nurse practitioner was cold, made no eye contact, kept the conversation to the minimum clinical status of my condition, was short of words to reassure me..

She came in with a big smile and asked how I was and made conversation about the weekend and she always takes time to ask if I have any other questions or concerns.

She was not pleasant. First thing she stated to me was that she was not my regular pcp and didnt know why I didnt make my appointment with him. I stated that I had called and was told I would be seeing my pcp but they needed up and put me on her schedule. Was told to make sure for future appointments that I make sure to follow up with my pcp and inform them who I want to see. Literally had just told her that I was not told I was seeing her. Did not call for her. Will NEVER see her again

Efficient and matter of fact as well as responsive to my questions

My care provider was rushing because she was late. I also wasnt prioritized even though she was late and I was the first appointment of the day. I waited and could tell she was seeing the other patients cause the nurse assistant told me. Why am I not first if I was the first appointment After letting me know the birth control I want is provided elsewhere, I call the referral to schedule an appointment and they said they dont provide that service. So because she and the nurse assistant were rushing I was given the wrong information. I felt I was also not cared for in the interests I had.

She was awesome and made me feel like she listened to me.

She is okay, but refused to do a routine exam and that is what I called and scheduled for. She stated my appointment was taking long based on my appointment time, not based on the time I spent with the Provider. I had to wait to get to see her, their fault, not mine.

My provider was awesome. She listened to my concerns and guided me to all the necessary appointments needed to get done.

Very uncomfortable with the highly dangerous so-called better prescription she gave me instead of what I had successfully taken previously before I moved. Will not return to her I dont feel that I can trust her judgment after looking the medication up and experiencing terrible side effects

Excellent doctor

Sheniqua always takes the time to listen to me and my concerns. I never feel rushed. She always checks for understanding. If I have a question she is unsure about she immediately looks up resources for the answers and provides them to me in a totally understandable way. I have referred my family members to her for care.

I think she should have given my history of asthma more consideration. I was confident In my O2 saturation b/c I measured It myself plus they measured It at the appt. The cough was unexplainable. I dont smoke nor live with smokers. I wasnt wheezing and my O2 saturation was 97 - not too bad. But I just could not shake the cough. The prescription I was given did not resolve the cough. I was still coughing several days later.

This is not who I usually see at this office, but I was happy to be worked in. Im glad an x-ray was ordered however, I dont think I shroud have to call to find out my results almost 1 week later. I feel this provider should have called to tell me the results!!!

This was the first time with this provider but I would be happy to see her again
