Super knowledgeable, listened, and addressed all concerns

Provider had poor bedside manners. Attire looked unprofessional. Minimal eye contact when entering room. Typing on computer during exam, which came across as being more concerned with charting than with listening to the patient. Having never seen this provider before she seemed detached and slightly unfriendly.

Not sure why, but this provider was pretty rude, and gave me the impression that I was bothering her, which was a uncomfortable feeling. I was there for a possible sinus infection, and she seemed annoyed by anything I had to say, and kept pushing me to contact my oncologist to address it (I have breast cancer). My oncologist doesnt treat sinus infections, my PCP does.

The PA didnt really say much, just verified the information the nurse provided and informed me of the test results and the medication she would send to the pharmacy.

Doc was great.

Dr Fluegge is simply the best. She is attentive and responsive and when she refers me to a specialist its always so well thought out to my needs. Top notch!

Not having the relationship with me, she came across more mechanical in style, more focused on efficiency of concluding the visit. Her skill was evident and Id be comfortable seeing her again- just less personable than Dr

I take an as needed medication for anxiety. This provider stated that she will not write for any controlled substances and referred me to a psychiatrist, which I do not need nor care to see. My previous provider had no problem prescribing this for me. I would rather have been to referred to a provider within this practice who could serve my needs.

Very happy with this office regarding the doctor, nurse practitioner, and their staff.

I was trying to establish with a doctor and I wasnt informed until the day of my appointment that the nurse practitioner was leaving by the end of the month. It would have been nice to know before scheduling with her or being notified in advance. My nurse practitioner never followed through with my blood test results and the concerns I had. I still have the same symptoms and my appointment felt pointless and like a waste of time.

From the very beginning, Dr Stevenson has advised me extremely well in terms of my health and the things I need to do to focus on medical Issues thats in a gray area, as well as directing me to continue doing what I was doing in the areas that was mostly positive. I had a few struggles, but Dr Stevenson gave me a LOT of confidence to take care of myself.

The provider and her assistant work well together making me feel heard and cared about. They are awesome.

Excellent prescription

This provider seemed like she didnt want to be there, very standoffish attitude. She surely did not give a warm and welcoming attitude towards me. This was a first visit, I understand now how every other provider is booked up and she has so much availability.

This nurse practitioner should be coached in bed side manner. She is extremely rude. She should be more cheerful and introduce herself.

The ARNP seemed very disinterested in anything I had to say or any concerns that I may have had. I actually go to BayCare despite the fact most of my Healthcare would be be of little or no cost at TGH where my husband works because of the incredible care I get from my regular physician.

I found the provider distant and hurried. Forwarded labs over a week ago with no feedback. Perhaps her workload is too great, perhaps a bad day... I dont know but I just did not feel like this was a true Baycare experience

Ms. Stevenson is the ONLY person Ive interacted with at BayCare Bloomingdale who was less than very friendly or caring.When I called in a few days later to see if Aetna had authorized the scan yet, I asked if Ms. Stevenson was new (no, shes been here a long time) because of her attitude and the reply I got was well, its a matter of personality. I got the impression that I was not the first to comment on her cool/aloof approach to patients.

All good experiences, she is direct and to the point, very good at her job, directs me to the things I need to do and follows up when needed.

I have never had problems with any of the Bay Care staff. They are polite and seem to care.

I feel shes thorough without wasting my time. Shes not overdoing anything but asks all the right questions and takes time with any concerns I have. As another medical professional I appreciate the visits with her.
