The Doctor Who saw me was kind, but she was very rushed. I was a new patient and had not been seen by any doctor for a few years so I had a lot of history to go over and we just did not get to go over at all. Some of the things we discussed did not get resolved at the appointment and I had to follow up to ask for a referrals. I felt the provider was not truly listening to my extensive life experience with my medical care and concentrated on the wrong things at times primarily, I just felt like I would have liked a very comprehensive first visit so that we wouldve had a complete medical history in context for all future visits. She even acknowledge that she did not have the time to do some of the things that I needed and would have to send me out because of time constraints. And some things just didnt get done.

Less than impressed with this Dr. Lacks customer service, empathy, follow through on prescription, and comfortability with asking questions. I plan to seek other options in Tampa.

The doctor and I discussed me getting a blood test, but never clarified if she was going to order one for me, or how I was supposed to have it done. Im still confused about whether I should get the blood test or not.

The doctor was poor and I hope she doesnt stay at this office because everyone else has been great at this office. This doctor will misdiagnose and miss things.

As far as her expertise, she is great! She monitored my numbers on A1C and cholesterol. But shes not the friendly type. At least not to me. She may not need to be, anyway. I decided not to change my primary even though my experience with her during visits were not the best, she got my records and cared for me well. So, maybe it evens out.

Dr. S Palmer is a very kind and thorough physician She will get the testing needed and very good at reviewing all the testing with you and coming up with a game plan.

Dr. Palmer is the BEST doctor I have EVER had!! Really disappointed that she will be leaving this practice - BUT - very happy she will be closer to home while still being within the BayCare system. THANK YOU DR. PALMER!!! LOVE YOU!!

Dr. Palmer seemed to be in a hurry, did not make me feel listened to, talked at me instead of with me, repeated herself many times on one topic, told me I was moving to many extremities for her to follow what I was trying to show her and then moved on to another subject instead of trying again, did not explain what she was doing from one step to another. This was my second try with her and both visits over a year apart were the same. I would not recommend her.

She didnt remeber any of my chart or past discussions I was three min late and she would not talk to me and said I would need to reschedule for each of my concerns and I literally left crying I will never go back to her I have never felt like that in my life of doctors and I see a lot of them. I literally fell and she didnt look at anything ive been sick she said she couldnt help she argued about my neurologist not remembering anything when she gave me refferal it was very rude and horrible

The Doctor comes off fairly judgmental during conversations. When discussing general health related options for my daughter she responds in a judgmental way as if there is only one way to healthcare that she knows. I did not care for her tone or the way she led conversations.

I just wanted some medical help not an easy way out. My family cannot understand my weight gain since I exercise and eat healthy and have no bad habits. I know menopause is part of it but some concern help would have been nice.

Dr. Palmer is very forthright and quick, but she is also an excellent listener and asks all the right questions to get to the root of the problem. She has a delightful personality and I look forward to continuing my care with her and the team.

I just dont feel listened to by Dr. Palmer. She seems condescending and arrogant. She does not have good bedside manner. She seemed to care but the whole visit seemed awkward.

She barely greeted me when she came in and did not look at me. She argued with much of what I had to say. With one of my comments, she ignored me saying, I know what youre going to say.She had no interest in what I had to say. She treated me as though I was not very bright. I felt rushed and completely unheard.
