Dr. Scott Ray is board certified in general medicine and geriatrics and only sees patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and is not available for appointments. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Ray furthered his medical education by completing an internal medicine internship and residency at Oakland General Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan. As a geriatric physician, Dr. Ray is trained to provide comprehensive medical care for elderly and aging patients. As patients age, they may be more likely to experience illness and injury. In some cases, illnesses or injuries in seniors may overlap to create complicated diagnostic and treatment processes.
