I had appointment with another Dr. about another issue besides the issues of the previous day with another Dr. The Dr first addressed that Then we went right Into my new health issues. The described/ explained the result of CT and was the course of treatment. The entire time staff was working at getting my appointments lined up .first appointment wasnt soon enough for them. Next thing I know is that they got another appointment much sooner. Wow. I was so impressed with this staff. Im very Grateful I belong to this Drs office. THANK YOU

Provider is a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner, however; I felt like he was rushing through my visit. Especially when he was standing in the doorway discussing medications and labs.

Like Dr Jones but would give anything to be able to have my prior doctor. She makes me feel safe and heard.

I came to this appointment expecting my provider to brush off my concerns like I felt he did on my two prior visits. I was pleasantly surprised when he listened to everything I said and conversed with me about said concerns.

Dr. Jones and his staff are always on time. They are also always prepared. When Dr. Jones orders a blood test or procedure he always steps away and presents me with a hard copy. I love that. The staff at Bardmoor are always very cordial.

I went in to talk about a nodule found incidentally on a CT scan in ER. My throat has been bothering me for months before this and the doctor never even looked in my throat.
