I prefer someone not wearing a mask! I wear hearing aids, so at home before my appt., I cleaned out my ears with peroxide. The ears needed to be washed out with the XRX washing out treatment thats been used on me on a previous visit. She did not grant my request. She just checked my ears and said they were fine. The washing would remove loosened wax. I was disappointed.

Dr. Sutherland is top notch. I am a leukemia / stem cell transplant patient and she makes sure she is knowledgeable and aware of issues specific to my medical needs / issues.. She is a good listener and is very responsive to what my concerns may be regarding any and all issues about my health care. I have been her patient for quite a few years now and I rate her as highly as I do my cancer doctors who saved my life - in other words I always feel she is truly concerned about my well being.
