Dr. Sutherland was very thorough (I was a new patient who hadnt seen a physician in over 25 years). She took an excellent history and addressed my concerns. My expectations were far exceeded and I very much appreciate her time and concern.

This was an initial visit to establish pcp relationship and care plan. Dr Sutherland was extremely thorough as she shared results of completed scans that were ordered by previous pcp. She was extremely patient and supportive as she listened to my health concerns and provided clear explanations and treatment plans.This was a very positive experience.

I prefer someone not wearing a mask! I wear hearing aids, so at home before my appt., I cleaned out my ears with peroxide. The ears needed to be washed out with the XRX washing out treatment thats been used on me on a previous visit. She did not grant my request. She just checked my ears and said they were fine. The washing would remove loosened wax. I was disappointed.
