Samir Klapuh is a great healthcare professional. Asked me questions, provided detailed responses, was super friendly/personable, and just a really likeable person overall. He looked at all my records including asking about the status of the colonoscopy referral I got 6 months ago - for which I said I never got call from referral doc and I had even followed up 2x about it - and then he told me that practice closed/moved and referred a different doc (why didnt my PCP notice this) Randomly assigned him for an urgent visit and now I kinda wish he was my PCP ;)

It is always hard changing providers because I worry that they do not know my health history and need to be bought up to speed. Samir knew my health history and made very effective suggestions about how I can continue on my health journey to the best wellness I can achieve. He is great!!

Samir was excellent...very knowledgeable, answered all questions, never appeared to be in a hurry when answering questions, explained reasons for things being ordered and explained how different things worked.

Samir Klapuh (APRN) is outstanding both in terms of knowledge and customer service, I followed him to his new location. I saw Samir because my primary care physician was not available. He was EXCELLENT! He listened very thoughtfully, asked pertinent questions, quickly diagnosed my condition and developed a plan to get me on the road to recovery. Samir was wonderful and incredibly helpful. I was in great distress because of an incident where an American Airline staff person in the Dallas Texas airport bullied and berated me and my ailing husband as other passengers who were waiting to board looked on, shocked. This incident triggered a massive migraine cluster that virtually incapacitated me for a week. Samir listened to me attentively and showed great compassion and a caring for me. He prescribed migraine medication that helped me end the cluster. His kind words and understanding were also key to helping me.
