    • Samantha Radigan, a certified physician’s assistant and native Floridian, has dedicated her career to the cardiovascular health of others. She completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Florida State University where, as part of her training, she spent a year working with the defensive ends on the football team. She then worked in the emergency room as a nurse's aid in anticipation of going on to physician assistant school. Samantha earned her Masters of Medical Science in physician assistant studies at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She subsequently studied all aspects of medicine, but was drawn to cardiology. She then joined a cardiac transplant team in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was trained in cardiac critical care and performed multiple procedures. Samantha has been involved in all aspects of cardiovascular medicine, including electrophysiology, interventional and general cardiology, inpatient and outpatient and continued cardiac critical care since 2008. She is passionate for patient education and makes this a priority in her patient encounters and serves the Tampa, Florida area with BayCare Medical Group. Samantha is a member of the American College of Cardiology.
