First time to see Samantha. I was extremely pleased with her concern. She was talking freely about my health history without looking at any notes. She explained plan of action for my problem and backup plan if needed.I would gladly take an appt. With her any time my PCP was not available.

Samantha Coates was excellent!!! My care from her could not have been better. She did everything possible for me in this visit to address my condition. I would see her again for sure.

APRN Coates was made aware by me that I had been extremely ill with pneumonia in March. I had similar symptoms. She did not perform a flu, COVID or RSV test. She did not look up my nose despite expressing headache and constant blowing my nose. She did not feel my neck/lymph nodes. She peered down my throat, looked in ears and listened to my heart. I also was wearing a heart monitor due to afib earlier In the month. She never Inquired about it. She made me feel like I was just a check list. There was no bedside manner, she seemed self important, no compassion, just wanted to move on to next patient. Perhaps Im used to my well informed, doesnt miss anything, well educated on my health, Dr. De Souza. I feel Dr. Hanley and Dr. Coates would benefit shadowing Dr. De Souza. I did not receive the BayCare Effect from Ms. Coates. She prescribed Augmentin in case it was bacterial but suspected viral. I left the exam room feeling like I didnt really matter.

My care provider is wonderful and it helped me through a lot of tough times recently, including high high blood pressure, morbid obesity, bariatric surgery And the list goes on and on.

Ms Coates listens, reviews medical information and proceeds from an Experienced and knowledgeable basis.

I felt as though this care provider was very condescending and confrontational. She didnt want to hear what I had to say and was very dismissive to anything I said. I would rather take my chances at a walk in clinic than see this provider again.

I only go to dr when I absolutely need to. When I do I do need prescription because I am really sick. So thankful I received antibiotic and steroid because I did get sicker but finally started to feel better after about 4 days and meds kicked in. Thankful

Samantha is very knowledgeable and uses what I call the least medicine approach. If an exercise or stretching or diet change or supplement will work, that is what she suggests. There is no pill pushing and her advice does not coma across as lecturing, just informative.
