I have seen my doctor about being over weight for a year now and still going weight. She says I eat right but can not get phentermine through her do have u try to see another doctor that she recommended and that Dr. Office is a years wait to get in. Not happy with all around care. Now have high cholesterol with the weight after menopause.

To start, the phone system was horrible and the staff that I finally talked to said she thought she had phone problems. No other explanation or apology given for having to wait 3 hours to get through to the office. I also had problems after The Dr. Was out of the office the rest of the week. She had told me to call there if I didnt see any improvements, which I didnt, I had gotten worse. I could not get through to call the office, when I did I was forwarded to the other Dr taking Dr Asous patients. I never got. Return call from her. I called 5 times I would. Or be transferred and the receptionist said she would leave Message for the Dr seeing Dr Asouss patients. Never heard anything once again. I called Fter 5 and got the answering service. They put a call into the Dr on call. Twice. A Dr. Katrina Kryzaniak called me back and asked me what was my problem. She definitely was irritated in her voice. She also said to me after I explained what Dr Asouss said to call if I was not better what do you want me to do for you With an attitude. I would of hung up if I didnt need medical attention. She called in Meds and that was it. I am very disappointed in the care I have Received from the workers to the Dr that was filling in for Dr Asouss in her office who never returned my calls to the on call Dr. I am a Baycare patient for other Drs and never have I ever had a bad experience with any of them. I was better off going to a walk in. I will be looking for another Primary Dr.

Dr. A had just got over the flu and Covid and said she tested negative but she did not wear a mask, she was still dealing with a stuffy nose and I believe she should have been masked. Not saying we got anything from her but a few days after our visit my husband came down with covid and I came down with it a few days later.
