I did not get what I went there for, my regular Dr. Is on Medical leave, I was referred to a uro gynocologist, which I could not find that took Baycare Advantage Insurance. I find that they give me referrals to Drs that do not take my Insurance and its frustrating.

My care provider was excellent. Professional, compassionate and informative. I felt she understood my pain and wanted to help me.

The appointment was over within 8 minutes. My portal notes had more info than anything she said - some of the things noted in myPortal were not even discussed during the visit. She said I drink too much water - 60 ounces of water is not a lot. I will not see this provider again

I feel like during the visit I was expecting more time with the doctor. I feel like was continuing to rush out and keep walking away. I havent had a yearly Physical in a while and thought that was the appointment was for and I had to ask about fasting paperwork. I like the doctor and nurse personality a lot but it feels like maybe they are overworked I usually expect a message back in a doctors portal in 48 hrs but its been a week. I wish the doctor slowed down and listen to me a bit more, felt like she was rushing the conversation to get to the next patient. I feel like is the experience in most BayCare places. Patients feel like an assembly line. I feel like constantly begging doctors to care about me and my heath because I want to get better but I feel like Im always met doctors who are too overworked to even make a human connection with me. Although she is by no means the worst, the response time and me having to follow up feels defeating. I am concerned and scared about the pre diabetic diabetics and I dont understand what my next steps are. I am likely going to seek out another doctor at this point.

She was very kind and warm. My mother recommended her so I am glad that I got in to see her. She addressed my blood pressure history and helped with the anxiety that I have been having. She even taught an exercise for it and suggested something that was a good starting point for it.

I really like the team there. Campos is very nice.

Saira Campos, APRN is wonderful provider and individual. She makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. There has not been an encounter with her where she made me feel rushed. I understand healthcare is quite stressful and the expectations for providers has changed tremendously throughout the years, but Saira is a provider I would have my entire family see for their healthcare needs.

I was very impressed by Saira Camposs Demeanor positive reactions, and the fact that she listened to everything I had to say, waited until I finished asked, clarifying questions and was able to take all of my thoughts into consideration before she made decisions that would impact me. Shes one of the first people that Ive ever been to that actually listen first all the way through before making a diagnosis

I have been generally pleased with the care from Dr. Davenport and her staff until now. Because of my experience this one time, my wife, who is looking for a new primary care physician, may not choose BayCare.

When I was given my lab paperwork, I was advised that the provider was not going to look at my results until my next appointment. This is concerning. What if something was wrongAlso, I reached out to her via the patient portal messaging to follow up on a recommendation she made to me. I have never received a response weeks later. I guess not only does she not review labs, she doesnt read message either
