Ryneal Eugenio, DO

Dr. Ryneal Eugenio is board certified in general surgery, with a specialization in bariatric surgery (weight loss). He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He then completed a general surgery residency at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, Michigan. Dr. Eugenio continued his medical education by completing a bariatric surgery fellowship at the University of Missouri in Columbia Missouri.

He focuses on procedures involving the abdomen, including the stomach, small and large intestines and gallbladder, as well as upper and lower endoscopy. He performs weight loss surgeries using minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopy and robotics. Dr. Eugenio is part of BayCare Medical Group in Plant City, Florida and sees patients age 18 and older. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Physicians and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Eugenio is affiliated with South Florida Baptist Hospital.
