I visit Dr. Roya Ghorsriz for my dermatological needs, especially given my family history of cancer. Ive been seeing her at the BayCare Medical Group Gessler Clinic in Winter Haven for several years, and I cant recommend her and her team enough. Dr. Ghorsriz is an outstanding dermatologist who truly cares about her patients. She maintains a high level of professionalism, taking the time to explain everything in detail so I fully understand my treatment options. Her polite and compassionate approach, along with her comforting bedside manner, really makes a difference. I always feel like part of the family, as she goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and security in my care.The entire staff, from the front desk to the CMAs and nurses, is equally wonderful-professional, kind, and attentive. They genuinely listen, which is becoming increasingly rare. If youre looking for a caring and thorough dermatologist, this is the place to go.

My provider did not clean the area on my abdomen before doing a biopsy and did not give it time to numb before doing the procedure as well. Now Im stuck with an infected abdomen that I had to go get treatment for

Dr. Roya was excellent explained everything. Its kind of scary when they say cancer and she made me feel it. She did the biopsies right away and with in two. Weeks I found out the results

Dr. Roya Ghorsriz has a warm and professional bedside manner, making you feel at ease with clear explanations of her findings.

This provider is very unorganized and seems to rely heavily on her nurse/assistant to guide her through the visit. At the end of the visit the provider burned off a place on my leg. Im not sure this was entirely necessary as there was nothing unusual about it. Was it necessary or just to charge Medicare and my insurance company more

Dr. G just flat-out walks on water. Shes direct, kind, persistent, diligent and cares!!! I waited a long time to see her because her waiting list is huge and theres a legitimate reason for it. Shes just excellent. She listens, she negotiates when its possible and appropriate as long as she gets her way in the end but she DOES consider my needs and preferences and we work together on things. I LOVE her. I feel heard and seen and safe with her. Shes the BEST.
