Rosalind Jordan is an AANP board certified family nurse practitioner and sees patients age 18 and older, as part of BayCare Medical Group in Clearwater, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree in science for nursing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. Rosalind then earned her graduate degree in nursing from South University in Tampa, Florida.
Rosalind has a unique background where she has taken care of patients in a multitude of settings. She has come to realize that it is important to completely involve the patient in their own care. That it is important to create a partnership with the patient and to treat the patient as a whole (physically, emotionally and spiritually). Rosalind implements integrative medicine where conventional medicine and natural remedies work hand in hand in order to treat the ‘whole’ person and not just a disease process. Rosalind has held positions in a variety of nursing areas, which included several medical and surgical units, progressive care units, cardiology and correctional nursing.
