I cant say enough good things about Rosalind Jordan, ARNP. I have had her as my primary care provider for many years and even after moving over an hour away from the office, due to the care I receive, I continue to come to this office. I would rather make the drive to get excellent care than find someone close by that may not provide the quality of care that Rosalind provides. She always takes the time to listen! Even though my daughter moved out of state over a year ago (she used to also be a patient of Rosalind), she always asks how my daughter is doing. This means a lot to me.

Ms. Jordan schedules me for blood work & an office visit every 4 months. April 20.2023 was a regularly scheduled appointment. I informed Ms. Jordan of a sudden onset of nausea and vomiting I had experienced the preceding weekend; (4/15/23 & 4/16/23). Ms. Jordan berated me because I did not go to the ER during this episode (The ER is the very last place I want to be). Ms. Jordan demanded I go for a CT scan of my abdomen STAT. I did NOT wish to go for the CT. I believed I was suffering from a food borne illness & I was feeling much better by the time I saw her. Ms. Jordan demanded I go for the CT. She also said she would send a RX for an anti-nausea drug. I succumbed to her pressure and endured a horrible experience at Mease Dunedin hospital on 4/21/23 (which I have described in another survey) plus unnecessary expense. In the 18 days since this incident I have received NO report from Ms. Jordan as to the results of the test. When I went to the drug store they had received NO Order for an anti-nausea Rx.

My PCP is the best ever. I have not had such excellent care and it only took 60 years to get it. She listens, discuss and explains to my understanding. I thank God for bring the PCP into my life when I really needed the type of care the PCP provides.

Seeing Rosalind Jordan is always a pleasure. She is informed, knowledgeable, wise, compassionate, understanding, she partners with me to get me as healthy as possible with my auto immune condition. I am blessed to have her as my care provider.

I just dont think enough time or examination is provided. I actually get a more comprehensive physical exam when I go to my cardiologist.

Rosalind Jordan is great, but she and I have different ideas about my healthcare and ultimately Im the patient. I have to live with the consequences of medication thats ordered, tests results not being communicated properly and I really hate to leave this practice, but feel I have no choice at this time.
