Dr. Rohit Bishnoi is board certified in hematology, medical oncology and internal medicine and is a member of BayCare Medical Group in Riverview, Florida, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned his medical degree from Sardar Patel Medical College/University of Rajasthan in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India, completed an internal medicine residency at McLaren Regional Medical Center/Michigan State University in Flint, Michigan, and completed a hematology and oncology fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
Dr. Bishnoi’s areas of clinical interest include breast cancer, chronic anemia and lymphoma. He’s experienced in treating all cancer types and blood disorders, with a special interest in cancers of the breast and the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tract, and is experienced in treating non-malignant blood disorders and malignant lymphoma and leukemia. Dr. Bishnoi is an accomplished researcher and has contributed numerous articles to peer-reviewed publications such as the Journal of Clinical Oncology and the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. He has presented his research work in many medical scientific society meetings and has contributed as an editor and peer reviewer for many scientific journals. Dr. Bishnoi is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology.
