    He is the best doctor I have seen in years and in Tampa. He set the standard of what is a family should be doing. Connecting with the patients, understand the issues, with great attitude and smiles, this is important!! He followed through with right key medications and methods. My health improved a lot from Dr. Farooqis oversight. I am grateful for him. He is also very cool helping patients from around the world! He deserves a recognition award and set an example for others.

Dr. Farooqi earned his medical degree from the St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in Belize. He completed his residency in family medicine at the Toledo Hospital in Ohio. Dr. Farooqi is a part of BayCare Medical Group and sees patients age 18 and older in Tampa, Florida. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
