    I greatly appreciate Dr. Farooqi. He is the first provider I have maintained a long-term relationship with. He has helped me understand my health better than any other provider Ive had in my adulthood, and this has caused a normally anxious experience to be tolerable for once in my life. I feel I can be very honest with him and he is always there to prioritize my health first. I would continue to see him even if my employers plan considered him OON because I trust him that much with my life! So happy to have found the one.

    • Dr. Rizwan Farooqi is a friendly and compassionate family physician caring for the Tampa, Florida community. Dr. Farooqi earned his medical degree from the St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in Belize. He completed his residency in family medicine at the Toledo Hospital in Ohio. Dr. Farooqi is a part of BayCare Medical Group and sees patients age 18 and older in Tampa, Florida. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

      Dr. Farooqi welcomes patients who speak English, Hindi, and Urdu. His awareness of these different languages makes him accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
