My only comment is that my previous doctors would always check my nose, my ears, my throat, my abdomen, etc. and once a year my prostate. I have only seen Dr. Hanley twice since changing doctors so maybe this will all be done in a future visit. Overall he asks me questions about my concerns and discusses them with me in regard to future treatment.

I probable unfairly brought up numerous heath concerns I had for a follow up appointment. But Dr Hanley took his time and went over every one of them with me.I walked out of there with no worries at ease, and learned a few things. Glad to have Dr Hanley as my PCP.

A wonderful Dr.

Annual physical and appointments usually are schedule in advance without issue. When Covid-19 was running ramped - I contracted a mild case. I need to see the Doctor, PA or other staff to confirm / prescribe PAXLOVID as soon as possible. Called the office to set something up and was not successful. Need to go to a non-BayCare Medical Group walk in clinic to receive treatment. Improvement suggestions - Have better instructions (website or over the phone) to provide / steer patents to a BayCare solution for treatment. In some cased its not always an emergency room visit ... And I understand that its impossible to have a totally flexible staffing solution for all patients but a better steering option would be recommended for you to consider.
