I am very satisfied about my care provider

The providers bed side manner is cold and doesnt seem concerned or seem to care about my concerns. It felt very rushed and cold. Did not feel important to this provider

The provider talked down to me during my first visit. After that she would look at numbers, never looking at me physically, as in physical exam. She didnt seem to care what I thought about my own circumstances.

It was all good.

She is wonderful. I am so glad my primary physician recommended her. Game changer.

My issue or concern about my provider was how impersonal the visit was. Being relatively healthy I havent had any major health problems other than being diagnosed w/ hypothyroidism. I dont feel like I take up a lot of time w/ a provider. I was hoping to begin to establish a rapport and history w/ a new doctor, but now know what to expect going forward.

Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions about my multiple endocrinology conditions.

Rolled her eyes at me and sighed loudly when I said I did not want to connect my Libre 3 to the office. Had previously said no several times to both her assistant and her. Brought up that I felt my cortisol was too high and wanted my hormones checked but was told that was just normal stress management but did not get tips on how to handle that

I was very impressed with Dr. Patel and her kind, compassionate approach to my diabetes condition and my questions and concerns. I asked her about a new medication that I wished to be prescribed and she wasnt sure if the insurance would cover it, but she tried for me and it was unsuccessful. I was thankful that she listened to me and tried anyway.

Dr. Patel has a reassuring but factual persona. She is considerate, recalls patient facts (i.e. Hearing impairment). She clarified concerns related to supplier delays on specific medicine.

Attentive, polite, knowlegeable and communicative.

I was prescribed a medication that has adverse side effects when taken with an existing medication I am already taking, this was not brought to my attention by my care provider but by the pharmacist when I went to pick up my new prescription. My provider also shows a lack of understanding of my needs, forgets to order labs, and doesnt show a great understanding of the area of care that I need. I have brought up needs that I feel should be addressed and symptom thats are presenting themselves and have been disregarded. I feel that my needs are not being met and my quality of life is suffering due to this.

Dr. Patel is the best diabetes doctor I have found. She is there to assist in my medical needs. Willing to call me when needed to make sure I am doing well for the weekend.

Dr. Patel was wonderful, she answered questions and we discussed my insulin medications she was very thorough and helpful.

She appears to be very knowledgeable and I felt as if she was taking my thoughts/ideas into consideration as to my care. I appreciated that very much.

Provider spent too little time and did not ask me what kind of endocrine conditions I have and only said so I am here about my thyroid. She didnt ask about my sugar levels and I have hypoglycemia.

Doc seems to talk down to me, appears a little snooty. But I guess she is supposed to know what she is doing.

She was very dismissive and condescending. I just felt judged for my medical history. I felt uncomfortable with her during my appointment. Also, she was very unsympathetic with my Insurance Issues.
