She listened to me intently, took immediate steps to help me figure out my health concerns, and took everything I was worried about seriously. Rhoda was great! She went through my medical records, discussed my specialty providers and treatments. This was my first visit with her and the office so the visit was a new patient visit. I had been in the ER the week prior and was still having some side effects of my fall that I wanted to discuss. We touched on that she gave some advice and I finally started feeling better. She was very thorough and that made me feel at ease

My experience with NP Leffingwell was EXCELLENT. Having been a patient of Dr. Mercer for 20 years, I apprehensively scheduled an appointment with NP Leffingwell. This woman is an asset to Bay Care and a blessing to the medical profession. She attentive to me and my concernsand offered suggestions on how to treat the problemand checked to see what medications would be effective at the least expensive cost would be and was pleasant, caring and helpful during the entire process. I am so pleased to now call NP Leffingwell my new health care provider.

Rhonda Leffingwell did an excellent job of explaining medication options for my condition. I am medication hesitant and she made me feel comfortable with the choices made with the medications about how they work and what to expect. She really removed any fears I had and built trust. I am very happy with my visit and a comfortably compliant with my treatment due to time spent imparting knowledge.
