My Dr is amazing.

I came to my provider to address a flare up of a condition that I have had for 8 years. During my appointment I asked if this Is something she was equipped to treat or If I should go to a specialist. She assured me that this Is a condition that she treated and that I did not need to go to a specialist. I was grateful because I did not currently have a specialist to go to.When I was told what medication she was going to put me on, I stated I have been on that medication previously without any improvement. In the office, she told me she was going to provide me something different and when I went to the pharmacy to pick it up it was the same medication I told her not to provide. I left a message in my patient portal stating I was still in constant pain and needed a prescription to treat that. She prescribed me a different medication that did not help me with the pain. After asking 3 times to order an MRI, she ordered an X-Ray. After my x-ray she told me to follow up with my specialist, even though she told me multiple times that I did not have one. There were 5 different occasions I said I was in constant, intense pain Including in office, patient portal, and voicemail. Never was I prescribed something to address the pain. After my x-ray my doctor finally stated I can take Ibuprofen for multiple herniated discs, disc bulges, vertebrae Inflammation and swelling. I waited a day for my doctor to put the ibuprofen prescription in at my pharmacy. After nothing, I went to the office to remind her. Almost 3 weeks now and she has still yet to put prescription in. This provider did not listen to me and did not treat me as an adult with autonomy. My condition and pain was drawn out due to lack of belief in her patient and lack of attention. I do not recommend this provider.

Always a great experience. A good mixture of professionalism and personal touch for the patient.

Generally too hard to get in to see. Unlike other doctors who I saw as PCP with BayCare, every visit feels like she doesnt know me, is reading from her laptop, no prior review to at least give the perception that she is prepared, knows me.

Dr Jean-Claude takes a great approach to her treatment, listening first and reviewing the area of concern. Goes back through notes on a true understanding of what may be causing the problem. Finally explaining the approach on treatment.
