Similarly, my care provider was both kind and personable. She also listened to any medical problems I had and addressed these concerns. Furthermore, she recommended steps I should take to maintain my health based on my medical history. Every recommendation she made was explained thoroughly in an easy to understand manner. Overall, she demonstrated clear knowledge, thoroughness, and care towards my health.

Dr. Jean Claude is a new provider for me. I was not happy with the office I have had for over 15-20 years so I asked for recommendations and Dr. Jean Claude was recommended by many women I know. She was everything and more I was looking for and the Baycare office didnt disappoint! I am so happy to have found Dr Jean Claude.

This was only my second meeting with the Doctor/staff. Prior PCP left BayCare so I had to make new choice. I found the staff and the Doctor to be very professional as well as pleasant and personable. This was my annual wellness visit so I did not go for specific illness. I have very happy with my choice of new PCP.

Easy to make an appointment with a new PCP. To obtain a yearly physical.

Was a problem between Publix and Dr coordinating drugs.

My initial appointment was apparently canceled. The receptionist was a bit curt!

As a provider, I felt she could be more knowledgeable and provide more insight but shes a kind provider. I just dont feel shes as thorough as she could be with both physical exam and medical history and interpretation of medical history. I think this also comes with time as she is newer in practice.

Physician did not physically examine me, I.e., listen to my chest, check my throat or ears, as was done with prior provider.

Excellent listener. I described a visit with another doctor. She let me tell the story without interrupting me. Then, she told me she had read that in my records. So courteous.

Dr. Jean-Claude introduced herself went over my medical history with me and would ask more in-depth questions to any problem areas of concern. We discussed how she and I as a team can better improve my health. Discussed ways to improve my lifestyle as it relates to my overall health.

This suppose to be my yearly physical last physical was June 2021. What I received was a wellness check. Doctor never touched me or checked for physalis ailments, such as lung sounds, heart etc.

I cant express enough how wonderful we think Dr. Jean Claude is.

Absolutely great. I previously had a primary doctor that spent about 5 minutes with me. Dr. Jean-Claude spends as much time as necessary and really seems to care.

My provider was caring and complete. She reviewed my chart and already knew about my personal healthcare which made the appointment efficient and reviewed preventative care and a future health plan. I really felt comfortable even though it was my first visit.

It is relatively easy to schedule an appointment, but very difficult to reach anyone if you have a question or need for the doctor or her MA to call you back.
