Dr. Tran had reviewed my CT Scans and blood work from the ER, prior to my visit. He was able to concisely explain the surgery that was needed to repair my hernia. He explained the post-operative restrictions. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was very professional and polite.

Dr. Tran assumes that a patient know about surgical procedures. He told me that I needed to have my gallbladder removed but he didnt discuss the procedure or possible side effects. If not for Dr. Farrell I would not have received pertinent information about my procedure and subsequent recovery care.

Bad- provider did surgery on me 10 days prior and looked at my stomach during my follow-up appointment and stated, Tell me about your pregnancy He knew I was 10 months post partum and breastfeeding during my hospitalization and assumed I was pregnant due to my stomach size which does not make sense because he just performed surgery on me. Provider is always rushed and almost out the door before finishing. Provider was also this way in the hospital.

Dr. Tran was 80 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. My time is as valuable as his.
