My appt was for 8:00 a.m., I arrived 30 minutes early as instructed. I was taken back to the exam room approx 7:50 a.m. The doctor did not come into the room until 8:40 a.m. No one in the office told me he was running that late. I waited 50 minutes for the doctor. Once I was put in the room I saw no one until the doctor came in. I made my appt early in the day because I had to go to work afterwards. Issues like this need a little more attention and courtesty to the patient.
