It was rushed. I should know not to book an appointment at the end of the year when everyone is trying to access their benefits before the year ends but it was the only available appointment in more than three months when I tried to book.

I went there to establish myself as new patient and he was the most thorough physician Ive had in years

Dr Melchert is wonderful. The only negative thing I have to say has not changed over the past 10+ years of being his patient and that is the wait time. I have to wait typically 15-30 min past my appt time before he comes into the room. For a 1p appt, I was brought back and done with the nurse by 110. Dr Melchert did not come in until 20 min after that.
