Dr. O was a breath of fresh air! I was ready to walk away from Bay Care as a result of prior experiences but Dr. O showed care, respect, concern, and spent plenty of time with me. While I waited a while for this appointment (calendar and in the waiting room), it was well worth the wait. Dr. O took his time, LISTENED to me, made suggestions, and documented our appointment appropriately.
