This was my first visit with Nicole Raulerson PA-C although I have been a patient of this practice for almost 20 years. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism,knowledge and explanation of what she needed to do. I would most definitely return to her and would also recommend her to anyone. Certainly an asset to this practice.

Ms. Nichol Raulerson, during my routine body skan, discovered a Melanoma over my right eye. I was not aware of it at all. We are now scheduling surgery with Dr. Connors to remove it. If it werent for Ms. Raulersons expertise and genuine caring this melanoma could develop in to a critical situation. I really think that Ms. Raulerson has saved my life. I realize this is part of her job and this may be a bit dramatic but, without her seeing this malignancy, I might not be around a year from now. I hope someone will pass on to her how grateful I am for her amazing work. I truly appreciate Nichol Raulerson and her actions. Simply put-- Thank you.

She was very rushed and impatient in answering my questions and I didnt feel like she cared about my well-being. I will have to book another appointment with another dermatologist because I dont feel that she was thorough enough to feel comfortable with her saying everything looked good.

The care provider, Nichol, was also excellent. She quickly diagnosed my skin issues, took immediate action to have a biopsy performed, explained what she was doing and why it was needed, and answered my questions in a very friendly and informative manner.

Nichol and her nurse personnel (e.g., Mary, Nila, Naomi) always provid excellent care and are very attentive to my issues and concerns. Nichol and James Connors both treated me of recent and coordinated my care fully. James Connors and his assistant personnel (e.g., Jordan, Trisha, Annette - Scheduling) represent a great team In the care and treatment of my skin organ. I collaborate with Nichol every 6 months In order to ensure my skin organ is staying healthy. My wife and I greatly appreciate our BayCare Health Teams.

She is so thorough and friendly and pays attention. So knowledgeable, you can tell she has such passion about her work. Best I have ever had! I was just there, biopsy completed, see you in six months unless my test results demand otherwise.

First visit with Nicole she was kind concerned and knowledgeable

Great Doctors, TERRIBLE hours.

This was a dermatology visit. I have fair skin with much freckling and blue/green eyes. The notes from my visit state that I have olive toned skin! The notes also state that I refused a full body skin exam and denied that I had additional skin concerns. Both statements are untrue. In fact, I told the provider I had additional areas of concern and would have been happy to have an exam if it had been offered. I was asked to and did schedule a follow up for just that purpose.

Never had a bad one

That was my first and last visit with Nichol. No explanations were provided, no options given, no information provided to ask about our express concerns for, and very dismissive of two of the primary and very painful reasons I was there. New prescriptions that Ive never even heard of the class they were in were called in without providing me with why I should use them or how they were different from the ones I expressed having been on for well over a decade. I had multiple questions and concerns that time allowed for as she sat in front of me yet they were dismissed as irrelevant or misdiagnosed due to lack of listening as well as not having medical records.
