She is always very thorough in her care

Eight days after a foot xray I still dont know the result. Started calling on day five. Message returned on day eight by someone that said they could not give me the results. But they mailed results. Didnt know people still used mail. Then put on hold until I hung up.

Provider was not my normal doctor. She was the only one available In order for me to be seen the same day.

Dr Tran is very nice, relatable, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. You can tell that she loves interacting and helping her patients.

She was punctual, Verry professional, and patient with questions!!

Tran, PA-C, came in shortly to ask about my concern and performed examinations which seemed through and effective. After the examinations and discussions of her observations, she wrote orders for an MRI, Physical Therapy and potential Orthopedic referral. We discussed to wait for the MRI results before the next step of physical therapy or orthopedic referral.

She was very good and caring! She made me feel comfortable with the visit!

Have yet to see my care provider.

Nghi Tran is a lovely person im sure, however with each of the itdmized problems during my 4/21 visit, I see mo value in her being involved in my care.

Ms. Tran was unexpectedly more competent than NPs Ive had in the past and seems more mature and experienced. Ive requested her for future visits.

We talked alot about my blood pressure and I told her about the swelling in my lower legs, which was caused by one of my meds, once she explained that she decided to switch to a water pill - which will help me on my weight loss journey. So that part was good.
