Was referred to PA because doctor was on maternity leave, after I saw the PA, the assistant told me that the doctor was not coming back. I actually found the Physicians Assistant to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Tran was patient, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Good experience.

The lab didnt send over my full blood work results and my provider called to get them while I was there. She received them and everything worked out fine.

I never felt so rushed and really not heard but at this age do this thank you have a nice day. Everyone was nice but I certainly would not be comfortable that they really take care ofMe or listen. It was very clear they were allocated 10Minutes with me and then on to the next person.

Perhaps the providers were not well versed in what Scarlett fever looked like but I feel they should have been able to piece together my medical history to determine what was happening. I had to personally ask for certain tests to be performed given my medical history. I should have also not only been offered these tests but educated on their false negatives and been given other options.

She was outstanding - listened, had good advice, helped me with my needs.

Care provider was excellent! I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr assistant was very good and kind. First lady who took me in the room Provided No explanation of who she was or what she was going to do. Not friendly at all.

First time meeting her and she was very nice and thorough.

Provider didnt end visit but gave paperwork to a nurse and did not explain why the tests were necessary

Baycare provider was fine

Went above and beyond in addressing other recent health developments.

She was courteous, interested, asked clarifying questions, reviewed treatment options and discussed plan of choice along with follow up recommendations.

Follow up is non existent. I had to call the office days after ultrasound results were posted in my chart. Means provider doesnt care about the patient despite the orders they place. Wife waited three weeks for a response and only got It after several calls to the office.

She seemed rushed, distracted and unaware of my history

She refused to check my blood sugar despite my urging. I have a family history of diabetes plus gestational. My symptoms indicated blood sugar spikes. My blood pressure kept going up. I urged the staff to prick my finger. No one listened to me. I went to the drug store after my visit and spent $75 on a meter and supplies. When I got home and tested my level was near 200! Instead she ordered blood pressure medicine and a barrage of tests! Missed the mark and left me feeling unheard

Nghi has a tendency to be a bit insistent in referring me to Psychiatrist for anti-anxiety and depression meds, when I really would prefer to keep all my medicines prescribed by the same office. I really dont want to see a Psychiatrist. I see a counselor and I see primary care for med management. Nghi insists that I need to see Psych.

I have been seeing this provider for years and I always feel that she takes her time, listens and genuinely cares for me as a patient. She is personable and always has great bedside manner, while remaining professional, which is truly appreciated as a medical professional myself. Im very thankful for the care she has always provided me. She definitely makes a difference in my health journey. We need more providers like her. Thank you.
