    This was my first appointment with this provider and I was very impressed by his thoroughness in reviewing many of my previous lab results and health records from over the years, - prior to my visit.     • Dr. Nehal Dassani is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine. He serves the St. Petersburg, Florida area as part of BayCare Medical Group, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida School of Physical Therapy and Rehab Sciences in Tampa, Florida. He continued his medical education by completing an internal medicine internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida.
