This was my first visit. My blood pressure was checked In beginning and was higher than normal. The doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure medication, understandable. I stated I wanted to reduce blood pressure naturally. The visit was completed with the doctor and then nurse came back In and rechecked my blood pressure to find It was normal.

The staff worked well from reception to doctor to check out

This doctor is a glorified referral specialist. Not one singular time has she addressed any of my issues or concerns.

Dr. Gonzalez is an excellent physician. This was a new patient visit with her and which were reviewed past and current medical issues and care needed for those issues. Shes very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She is also my husbands doctor and we would rate her a 10 out of 10 shes excellent provider.

I went to see Dr. Naxdaris Gonzalez on 03/28/2025 for the concerns of a newly developed lump around my upper left neck area just below my left ear. Dr. Gonzalez initially only asked me multiple questions concerning my lymph node to see if I had any fever or pain around my neck or anywhere else. When I told her that I didnt have any fever or pain, then she didnt seem to have any further determination or recommendation, until I reminded her that I have been having thyroid issues for the past 12 years and requested her to order an ultrasound to further determine the cause of the issue and then she agreed to do so. Then, when I started to ask her about if my weight control has any impact or connection on this condition, she immediately stopped me to continue my question abruptly, and told me that you need to make another appointment to ask me about this kind of questions, and if you want to lose weight your Insurance company will not cover your expenses and you are not over weight at all. She simply did not want to hear what I had to say or ask, and yet her answers did not have anything related to my question or concerns at all, I felt she simply did not care about my wellbeing as a PCP should under any form of practice or qualification standards. I decided not to argue with her or continue my question any further and just left her office with total disappointment and frustration.

I was very pleased with my first appointment and look forward to my Medicare Wellness Appointment.
