I felt she basically called me a liar and then when she found the records, didnt apologize. She interrupted me and didnt listen. Treated me like I was ten and scolded me.

My appointment was early in the morning and while I had to wait 20 minutes once In the room (that was fine). I still found that there was no prep work done to get to know her new patient.

Very rude told her my ear has been bothering me for a month told me I had alot of fluid in my ear did nothing for me been spending money on over the counter still no help so my next choice is to go to a walk in clinic Im sure they can help me

Ill find a different primary care Dr, this Dr is overwhelmed and self protective, interrogation style interaction. Accused me of providing misinformation when she was not listening, accused nurse of providing misinformation when she misunderstood 5 vs .5 dosage. I believe she was more used to uneducated patients and telling them what to do.

First time primary care visit. I was very comfortable. My wife and I just moved to Holiday in November from Newnan, GA (SW of Atlanta) where we were in the Piedmont medical system. BayCare offers a similar situation, where all providers in various specialties can see our histories with each as time moves along. I had a partnership for my health care with my previous primary and that is what I am looking for here. I want a provider to have a conversation and explanation of what we need to do, not be told what Im going to do.

I like this new doctor for her attitude, and her experience that I have read about.

I have nothing bad to say about this provider at all. She is a fantastic doctor, who is compassionate, a good listener, forthright, adjective, and provided great care to me. Please do everything possible to keep her happy and retain her for the long term.
